Andy Kluding, Broker/Owner
Andy Kluding is a lifelong resident of Norwalk and the Broker/Owner of Smart Choice Realty. Growing up in a family of 12 taught Andy the value of hard work and responsibility at an early age that has carried over into his Real Estate career. Andy is a 1981 graduate of Norwalk High School and earned his Associates Degree from Terra Community College. Known for his upfront, professional and honest approach, Andy has successfully negotiated and closed on more than 1,600 Real Estate transactions over the past 26 years! Over the last 5 years Andy's been in the top 5% of all agents for Residential sold properties in the Firelands area. Great communication skills and personal attention have allowed Andy's business to evolve to the point where it's almost 100% referral based. Andy and his wife, Crystal, have 3 sons ages 22, 20 and 15. Andy is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys his family's trips out west to Montana and Wyoming. He also serves on the Board of Trustees and Relay for Life at his church and is involved in Norwalk Music and Athletic Boosters while volunteering his Auctioneering skills for many charity events.
Matt Kluding, Realtor®
Matt Kluding is a Norwalk High School graduate and lifelong area resident. He joined the Ohio National Guard at the age of 17 which afforded the opportunity to graduate from Bowling Green State University with a degree in Business Administration. After over a decade in the corporate world, Matt moved to Milan where he co-founded and managed all phases of a successful multi-million dollar construction company, serving customers throughout Erie & Lorain Counties and surrounding areas. It is here where Matt has raised three children with his wonderful wife Tara. He is involved in the community through church, as a sports referee, and Athletic Booster Executive member. These experiences have provided Matt with the background and broad base of skills necessary to effectively communicate and negotiate on behalf of his clients. Born and raised in New London and current resident of Norwalk for the past 23 years, Zach and his wife Cari have raised two wonderful children Taylor and Colton.
